Refunds: Lumeno does not offer refunds once a project has begun. All payments are final, even if the client chooses to discontinue the project.

4. Intellectual Property

All original designs, code, and creative content produced by Lumeno remain our property until full payment is received.

After full payment, ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Any use, reproduction, or redistribution of Lumeno’s content (including text, graphics, and designs on our website) without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any non-public business information you share with us will only be used for project-related purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Third-Party Services

Some projects may require integration with third-party tools or services. While we make every effort to recommend reliable providers, Lumeno is not responsible for any issues, downtime, or changes arising from third-party platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Project revisions are included as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions, changes in scope, or new requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
